Lord of the Flies ResponseBen Sherry Civilization 9/10/96There were a lot of underlie reasons to why the boys civilization failed inthe book The Lord of The Flies. They had many problems with each other becausethe group was split up among friends. One group would go aside and do one thing,while the other group would do another. This led to many more problems, such asdeciding and agreeing on a leader, who would do what jobs, and most importantly,which of the boys would become the leader of the crew.
